- My 121 Coaching is a tailored leadership development program for senior executives, emerging leaders and aspiring visionaries.
- I work with your executives/leaders on their goals and challenges, their particular strengths and any areas for development (Career Development, Skills Development, Building leadership profile and capability).
- Together we create a strong and trusting partnership that allows them to gain greater self-awareness, tap into their potential, broaden their leadership skills and change behaviours.
- All this with my own professional experience, coaching methodology that I have learnt and developed on as a Certified Coach with ICF (CPCC) and using Strengths Focus and Solutions Focus, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), 360o Feedback and other personality profiling tools.
- I also offer private 121 consultations (Personal Coaching) if you are looking it for your own self. I work with people who are ready to make changes to create a more fulfilling life. They are willing to examine their limiting beliefs, take ownership for their actions and design a way to live that more fully expresses their passion and authenticity. With a holistic approach, I work with my clients to build a solid foundation to maintain their wellbeing and live a balanced life full of purpose and meaning.
